Whether you have been introduced to us by a friend, colleague, professional contact or from your own research, our approach is the same.
We will normally send you a Client Service Agreement and a Risk Questionnaire before we meet and ask you to provide us, in strictest confidence, with an investment summary or other relevant information specific to your enquiry.
We’ll then invite you for a ‘get to know each other’ meeting. This usually takes 45 – 60 minutes. There is no charge for this meeting, which will be done face-to-face, at our offices, or at a convenient location. We’ll introduce you to the firm, run through our client service agreement and make sure you are fully familiar with the business that you may choose to work with.
We ask that you share with us an outline of your current situation, objectives, financial resources and personal background. We’ll discuss any previous experiences you have had in the financial sphere, your attitude to risk and plans for the future (in outline) so that, together, we can start to build an overview.
In this meeting, we’ll give you our objective views on your circumstances and our initial thoughts on the best way to move ahead. Working with your initial feedback we can work together to develop a possible route forward.
We’ll follow this up with a written proposal detailing the content of our discussion – the issues at hand and laying out, in more detail, our initial recommendations with a clear costing for you to consider.
Once we have received a signed client agreement and written instruction, we can start working on your behalf.
